Myofunctional therapy fee’s and coverage:

At Myo in the Bow, we follow the suggested Alberta Dental Hygiene Fee Guide to ensure consistancy, fairness, and clarity for all patients. Fee’s are based on time and complexity of care.
Myofunctional therapy services are billed using applicable dental hygiene codes. For detailed information pls visit:

Some insurance plan may cover Myofunctional therapy, while others may not. A dental hygiene receipt with the appropriate codes will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider or Health Spending Account (HSA).
If you are unsure about your coverage, please check with your provider. We are happy to assist with any documentation needed.

What to Expect:
Every treatment plan is personalized. Most myofunctional therapy programs thyically involve:
12-22 Sessions, depending on invidivual needs.
A combination of in person and or virtual appointments.
Collaberation with your dental and healthcare team when needed.
